Shipping within Ukraine
There are 3 delivery options to choose from: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, and Meest.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday until 5:00 p.m. If an order is confirmed by 4:00 PM (by 1:00 PM on Saturdays), it will be shipped the same day. Delivery within Ukraine typically takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the delivery service and the city or town.
Worldwide delivery
International orders are shipped via Ukrposhta. Shipping charges are paid at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and depend on the weight and destination country.
Payment
Full prepayment for orders is made via bank transfer to the sole proprietor’s bank account using the payment details provided for individuals and legal entities in Ukraine, or via the SEPA system for EU countries and SWIFT for the United States.
